Creates and/or completes development and management of project plans and actional roadmaps for short and long-term projects. Investigates, analyzes, identifies, plans, and implements process and workflow projects to improve quality, reduce costs, increase productivity, and improve cycle time. Creates and/or completes solution design documentation for user support, administration, and development. Creates and/or completes effective customer oral/written communications to present business cases and proposals, to an enterprise audience, including senior leadership, executives, managers, and analysts. Leads with cross-functional teams, including leadership, customers, and IT (business analysts, developers, and project managers), through inter-departmental engagements and communications to ensure successful delivery of digitalization and business improvement solutions. Prepares directives, issuances, memoranda, policy statements, legislative proposals, and other written guidelines and recommendations (such as Governance Documents, articles included in BU Communications emails, IRMs, proposals for IT consideration of system add-ons) to introduce new initiatives and recommend effective operations consistent with policies and objectives.
