What would you expect a new employee to accomplish or learn during the first few months? Well, I'd like you to learn how the system works. And so we're phlebotomists and nurses who draw blood and who have to process that blood, prepare the blood for pickup or to be run in -house. And so that's probably the biggest thing to learn as well as the computer system checking people in. But you'll be here. helped with those. What training is provided for someone starting this position? You'll work directly beside nurses who have been in the position here for years. So they will train you on how to accomplish the things you need to learn. There is some other HIPAA type training initially that goes through Privia. Privia is a system that we work with that you'll have to spend a couple during work hours, learning about HIPAA and safety issues. How would you describe the overall workplace atmosphere? I think we're doing great, honestly. I think there's some camaraderie. I think people help each other out. It's always been a good give and take type job where people give some, take some, but you have to look out for your fellow co-workers. worker to make sure that they're doing okay.
