Organizational Location: This position is located in the Department of Homeland Security, U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement, at 34 duty locations throughout the country. This is a non-bargaining unit position. As a Supervisory Administrative Officer, GS-14 you will perform the following duties: -Coordinating and performing a wide variety of administrative and management services essential to the operations of an office. - Providing authoritative advice and guidance on administrative and management services to stakeholders. - Monitoring the delivery of support services to key field managers, employees, and customers.

You qualify for the GS-14 grade level if you possess one of the following: Experience: One (1) year of specialized experience at the GS-13 grade level or equivalent performing duties such as: - Coordinating and performing a wide variety of administrative and management services essential to the operations of an office; - Providing authoritative advice and guidance on administrative and management services to stakeholders; - Monitoring the delivery of support services to key field managers, employees, and customers. You will receive credit for all qualifying experience, including volunteer experience.
